Responsibilities
Lead strategic growth of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP offering
Partner with sales teams to identify and pursue new opportunities
Deliver compelling client presentations, demos, and proposals
Cultivate trusted relationships with executive stakeholders
Architect tailored Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions
Oversee delivery of implementations, upgrades, and integrations
Provide hands-on leadership across the full project lifecycle
Define and evolve service offerings for Fusion Cloud
Build and mentor a high-performing team of consultants and architects
Stay current with Oracle product roadmap and industry trends
Collaborate cross-functionally to align with broader business goals
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
Strong delivery and solutioning background across ERP projects
Demonstrated ability to support sales and drive business development
Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred
Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP certifications
Proven success in Fusion-JD Edwards hybrid environments
Experience with cloud migration and transformation strategies
Familiarity with complementary platforms (e.g., NetSuite, HubSpot, cybersecurity tools)
