Specialized Program Manager (Clinical Supervisor)

Responsibilities

Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure continuous client progress under the guidance of a BCBA
Collect fidelity and IOA data, maintain client files, and prepare assessments, progress reports, and treatment plans
Work closely with parents, staff, and interdisciplinary partners; attend IEPs, staff meetings, and trainings
Motivate and mentor behavior technicians, helping them learn, grow professionally, and implement treatment plans effectively
Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities, embrace new challenges, prioritize tasks effectively, and remain flexible to manage a dynamic caseload

Required

Enrolled in or completed Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program, required
At least 12 ABA graduate units completed (in a master's or ABA certificate program) if you haven't completed the program yet
Experience working with software solutions for data collection and programming
2-3 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
This position is subject to fingerprinting, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding
