Responsibilities
Work with collection leadership and others in consumer banking to create new reports that are impactful to the collection strategy
Maintain historical reports on the performance and liquidation of accounts
Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
Conduct regular and ad hoc analytical efforts and provide recommendations for enhancements to current reports
Participate in internal and external audits, and regulatory examinations, as needed
Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
Accurately analyze and collect data for diverse types of business reports and creating an open dialogue with upper management regarding the interpretation of the data
Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers
Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends
Ensure that the data accuracy of all reports including data validation and quality checks
Assist in developing and documenting user guides relating to reports
Produce ideas and suggestions for new reports and assist in the development of reporting specs
Qualification
Required
Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered
Associate's degree in related field required
Minimum of one (1) year experience in analyzing data and interpreting data to draw logical conclusions
Minimum of one (1) year experience in the creation of presentations with data sets for distribution to groups
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
Ability to pay close attention to small details, ensuring accuracy with results
Strong knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flows
Effective time management, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
Power user in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, and Power Point required
Preferred
Experience with Tableau and SQL and relational databases
