They are seeking a bilingual Community Outreach Intern to conduct outreach to local Chinese restaurants, manage WeChat groups, and execute content and social media strategies to enhance brand exposure and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Conduct in-person visits to local Chinese restaurants for field promotion
Introduce restaurant owners to the ARA platform, including alliance benefits and product advantages
Prospect and build a pipeline by acquiring owner WeChat contacts as potential leads
Gather industry insights and meticulously document visit records and feedback
Support the initial touchpoints of the sales funnel through direct engagement
Build and maintain local food & beverage industry WeChat groups according to city targets (goal: ≥100 members/group)
Onboard visited merchants into the groups, assisting with group expansion and quality member screening
Manage group content distribution, answer basic inquiries, and collect restaurant needs and feedback
Execute group engagement activities (e.g., Q&A sessions, promotions, events, themed discussions)
Monitor group health, targeting a minimum 20% activity rate, and drive effective inquiries and conversions
Shoot short videos featuring local store explorations, industry observations, and training content
Collaborate with the central marketing/operations team to produce graphic materials, event posters, and group announcements
Distribute content within community groups, organize materials, and create simple copy
Compile daily/weekly reports covering metrics like visit numbers, group membership, and customer feedback
Assist in building a localized content repository to enhance brand exposure and recognition
Qualification
Required
Current university student or recent graduate; any major is welcome
Strong communication skills, outgoing personality, and willingness to engage with people
Interest in digital marketing, social media, and B2B marketing strategies
Preferred
Marketing or Business Management preferred
A valid driver's license is a plus; willingness to visit clients is preferred
