Responsibilities
Provide technical/implementation support for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio agents and help establish governance controls
Provide technical support for Microsoft Teams
Provide end-user support and information about important updates in Viva Engage communities
Create technical documentation and end-user guides
Implement, secure, and manage Microsoft 365 productivity applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Whiteboard, etc), ensuring seamless user experience and integration
Develop automation workflows using low-code/no-code platforms like Power Automate
Qualification
Required
Advanced technical proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot
Advanced technical proficiency with Copilot Studio
Advanced technical proficiency with low-code automation tools
Advanced technical proficiency with unified communication platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex)
Advanced technical proficiency with Microsoft 365 productivity tools
Advanced technical proficiency with videoconferencing and telepresence technologies
Advanced technical proficiency with live event and webinar platforms
Advanced technical proficiency with generative AI platforms
Provide technical/implementation support for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio agents and help establish governance controls
Provide technical support for Microsoft Teams
Provide end-user support and information about important updates in Viva Engage communities
Create technical documentation and end-user guides
