Responsibilities
Pitching concepts and creating briefs for Minecraft Marketplace Skinpacks and key art
Manage Skinpack Modellers to successfully deliver the skinpack design including reviewing skinpack drafts and providing feedback
Analyse Minecraft Marketplace to develop an informed creative strategy based on key trends & past successes
Show intimate knowledge and understanding of Minecraft Marketplace guidelines to maximise skinpack success
Manage the Marketplace submission process
Create detailed instructions for both Thumbnail Designers and Designers/Modellers for Minecraft Marketplace Thumbnails and Skinpacks
Qualification
Required
Expert level knowledge of Minecraft Marketplace
Good eye and Instinct for Design & strategic concepts
Able to communicate and answer inquiries/messages within 24 hours
Preferred
Photoshop knowledge is a bonus
