Technical Sales Analyst

The Technical Sales Analyst will provide outstanding technical support and training for clients, deliver engaging presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.

Responsibilities
Technical Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations to showcase the capabilities and features of our software to clients and stakeholders
Product Enhancement: Work with cross-functional teams to gather user feedback and identify areas for software improvement, contributing valuable insights for regular updates and feature enhancements
Customer Support: Provide technical assistance to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on Geoscience software utilization
Provide detailed feedback to developers on what and how our products should be improved
Deep understanding of clients' needs and creating easy solutions for them to help achieve their goals
Conference participation: Prepare marketing materials and showcase our software in an engaging way to both new and existing clients
Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with the product development team to streamline geological workflows, ensuring efficient data analysis, visualization, and interpretation
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of our software to ensure accuracy, reliability, and user-friendliness
Qualification
Required
4-year degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or Engineering
Intermediate to Advanced ability with StarSteer geosteering software
Strong knowledge of drilling operations and geology-focused workflows
Geologic knowledge of a variety of North American plays and play types
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken; experience creating and delivering presentations
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Docs
Preferred
Working knowledge of Python
Experience with geoscience software (Petrel, Kingdom, GeoGraphix, etc)
Computer science and/or IT troubleshooting experience
Customer service experience
