Qualification
Required
Ability to work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs
Ability to answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products and recommend the right solutions
Ability to promptly resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction
Ability to stay up-to-date with product features and maintain high quality and visual standards of the products and store
Ability to achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals
Willingness to work at stores within a 23 mile radius of Store #2068
Ability to handle contact with customers, which may include minors
Access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value
