Mulch Installation & Site Prep: Assist with mulch delivery, placement, and spreading across designated areas. Maintain clean and organized job sites
Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand tools and mulch-related equipment such as rakes, shovels, and blowers. Support loading/unloading mulch materials
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE. Report hazards and participate in safety meetings
Qualification
Required
No prior mulch or landscaping experience required—training provided
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
Dependable and team-oriented
Physical stamina for mulch installation tasks
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Outdoor labor experience a plus
