Responsibilities

Overseeing and continuously improving the daily execution of corrective action tracking, monitoring, and reporting within Electric Compliance and Risk
Ensures that all corrective actions are managed efficiently and transparently, supporting compliance, operational performance, and ongoing process enhancement
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain real-time visibility of corrective action status
Drives timely closure and delivers high-quality reporting to leadership

Required

Proven Experience in Compliance, Corrective Action Management, and Process Improvement
7+ years in compliance, process improvement, or program management ideally within regulated environments
Experience applying concepts of containment (short-term risk control) and countermeasures (long-term solutions) in corrective action management and reporting
Experience managing corrective action programs and driving process improvement initiatives is critical
Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau and advanced presentation tools
Skilled in data storytelling for diverse audiences, including senior leadership
Compliance Frameworks and Regulatory Bodies experience
Lean Six Sigma Certification
Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or equivalent compliance certification
Demonstrated understanding of controls and the hierarchy of controls, including how to classify and prioritize corrective actions based on risk mitigation effectiveness
Ability to distinguish and report on both containment and countermeasures, ensuring both are tracked for effectiveness and lessons learned are shared across the organization
Proven track record of driving process improvement initiatives in corrective action management, leveraging best practices and continuous feedback
Familiarity with frameworks such as FSG, COSO, NIST, SOX, and regulatory bodies like CPUC, FERC, and WECC

Preferred

Certifications such as CCEP, Lean Six Sigma, and PMP are highly valued
