As a Home Automation Sales Consultant, you will guide clients through the sales journey, helping them achieve their smart home visions while maintaining strong communication and collaboration throughout the project.

Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling
Work closely with clients and maintain communication from initial contact until the operations team completes the project
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of A/V and home automation products and trends
Use and update CRM software daily to manage leads and track progress
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
Qualification
Required
Be self-motivated and driven to succeed
Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and team members
Have high emotional intelligence and a customer-first mindset
Understand control systems, A/V setups, and home automation technologies
Be positive, coachable, and open to feedback
Learn quickly and apply new information in real-world scenarios
