Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, entertainment, and partnership teams to align video output with strategic goals

Source, book, and manage freelance production talent and maintain efficient workflows across projects

Enforce visual standards, file management practices, and production best practices to ensure consistency and quality

Support production budgeting and resource planning in coordination with project managers
