Build lasting relationships with seniors by helping them make smart, confident insurance decisions
Guide clients through Medicare, final expense, and retirement planning with patience and heart
Host or support local seminars at restaurants and community centers — yes, you’ll talk and eat!
Help families protect their legacy — and build one of your own along the way
Team up with senior agents and mentors who actually walk the walk
Bring good energy to a busy office — share ideas, celebrate wins, and lift others as you rise
Take field appointments (and the occasional front porch chat!) with people who appreciate your time
Use our tools and systems to track client needs and follow through with excellence
Represent a brand that truly serves the senior community — not one that just sells to them
Train for long-term success — and maybe help train others down the line
Qualification
Required
Licensed insurance agent
Desire for growth and support
Ability to build lasting relationships with seniors
Experience guiding clients through Medicare, final expense, and retirement planning
Willingness to host or support local seminars
Ability to team up with senior agents and mentors
Good energy and collaborative spirit in a busy office
Capability to take field appointments and engage with clients
