Responsibilities

Participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) to receive professional and technical training
Design application software and development tools for test factories and engineering groups
Write code utilizing the latest software tools and technologies
Explore how AI/ML can be leveraged in software design to improve operational efficiencies
Collaborate with business partners, factories, and IT teams to solve business problems

Required

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field
Minimum Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA

Preferred

C/C++ and Java programming skills
Familiarity with assembly language programming
Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, data structures and algorithms
Knowledge of Version Control Systems like Git
Solid understanding of software engineering processes and the full software development lifecycle
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
