Responsibilities
Candidates will work with a collaborative national team of talented litigators under the direction of an experienced leader and trial attorney who represents clients in complex commercial litigation
Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds and proven skills in research, and must be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
Opportunities include forward-facing client interactions and experience handling appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
Qualification
Required
At least three years' experience in litigation
Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Washington
Excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills
Strong academic backgrounds
Proven skills in research
Self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
Preferred
Trial, arbitration, or appellate experience
