Right-of-Way Project Coordinator

The Right-of-Way Project Coordinator will manage property acquisition services for projects under the SPLOST programs, overseeing operations, budgets, and compliance to ensure timely project delivery.

Responsibilities
Overseeing daily operations of Program Delivery SPLOST Program acquisition management activities
Preparing project related documents; responding to project acquisition inquiries both internal and external
Work closely with department leadership and other county departments and external entities
Establishing schedules and methods for department acquisition resource management
Developing goals and objectives, as well as policies and procedures
Monitoring work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
Monitoring budgets to ensure appropriate allocation of funding for project acquisition tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Financial Services, or closely related field
Three years of progressively related experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above will also be considered
