Responsibilities
Assist with Planning and Scheduling: Support the logistics team in planning and scheduling inventory and production
Data Analysis: Analyze logistics data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Inventory Management: Help manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of stock
Vendor Coordination: Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency
Reporting: Generate and manage reports related to logistics performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate college student attending an accredited program working towards a BS or MS degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management, or a related field
Work schedule will be flexible to match your course schedules but prefer at least 20 hours a week
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), strong analytical skills, and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred
Previous internship or coursework in logistics, supply chain, or related areas
