Residential Assistant Program Manager
Home of the Innocents is a 145-year-old non-profit dedicated to supporting children and families in the community. They are seeking a Residential Assistant Program Manager to guide and support youth ages 11–18 who have experienced trauma while mentoring a dedicated team in a therapeutic residential setting.

Responsibilities
Serve as a team leader within the program and act in the absence of the Program Manager when needed
Model and reinforce trauma-informed, therapeutic intervention strategies
Supervise, mentor, train, and support Youth Support Specialists
Participate in employee performance evaluations and ongoing staff development
Oversee SCM incidents, providing debriefing, coaching, and follow-up training to promote safety for youth and staff
Assist with treatment planning to address the emotional, behavioral, spiritual, and physical needs of each youth
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident progress, incidents, concerns, and emergencies
Lead shift-change meetings to ensure clear communication and continuity of care
Qualification
Required
At least 21 years of age
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of one year of experience in a child-caring or residential setting
Valid driver's license with a clear driving record
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a human services field
Experience with trauma-informed, recovery-based, or behaviorally focused treatment programs
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and motivate a team
Comfort with documentation and basic technology (Microsoft Office and related systems)
Flexibility to assist with on-call needs, weekends, and holidays during emergencies
