RevOps Director
Responsibilities
Lead 3 to 6 client Pods and ensure alignment to each client’s growth and RevOps goals
Translate business objectives into scalable RevOps strategies, workflows, and data models
Oversee CRM architecture, automation, and integrations across HubSpot or Salesforce
Design reporting frameworks and dashboards for pipeline, forecasting, and GTM performance
Coach and mentor RevOps Project Managers, Analysts, and Architects
Lead executive-level client conversations and quarterly business reviews
Partner with leadership on internal productization, pricing, and delivery models
Drive continuous improvement in delivery quality, efficiency, and team development
Qualification
Required
Deep experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Ops
Expert in HubSpot or Salesforce
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple client relationships at the same time
Deep understanding of GTM metrics, forecasting, attribution, and reporting
Excellent documentation skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level discussions
Must be located in Denver and available to work on site Monday through Thursday, 8 to 6
