Responsibilities

Develop and execute program plans to deliver high-quality AI-powered content products, ensuring timely delivery

Develop processes to build guidelines and measurement frameworks that set quality standards for products and features

Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations

Lead through influence and collaboration within GenAI Content Engineering team and relevant stakeholders

Identify processes and opportunities to influence through scale

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of experience with digital content strategy, creative content, technical documentation, journalism, production and relevant skills

Previous experience collaborating with product and technical teams

Proficiency in editing

Demonstrated critical thinking skills and evidenced track record of editorial judgment around nuanced topics

Experience leading and collaborating on cross-functional projects to build products, respond to urgent needs, preempt issues and address concerns in collaborative and timely fashion

Experience building products related to broad communities and niche topics

Experience driving the development of high-quality content and managing complex, fast-moving projects

Experience including blend of technical, creative and project management skills, combined with outstanding communication and leadership experience

Previous experience with GenAI, particularly model evaluation, proven editorial judgment and experience with strategic planning, resource allocation and vendor management
