State Farm Agent is seeking individuals interested in running their own business within the agency of Laurie Mcmorrow. This role involves building customer relationships and promoting various insurance products, providing an opportunity to explore becoming a State Farm agent.

Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
Qualification
Required
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task
Ability to conduct interviews in the office and in customer's home or business
Preferred
Bilingual - Spanish
