Head of User Education & GTM Experience
Responsibilities
You will design and execute the entire education layer of the company, including: Written guides, walkthroughs, and documentation, Use-case driven articles (litigation, in-house, transactional, regulatory), “How legal professionals actually use Iqidis” content, In-app help content, prompts, and guidance, Short educational videos (Looms, walkthroughs, explainers), Onboarding narratives by persona (partner, associate, in-house, ops)
You will own how Iqidis is explained across: The website, Product onboarding flows, In-app copy and nudges, Email onboarding sequences, Educational content tied to specific workflows
You will work closely with Product and the Founder to: Define core workflows (research, drafting, matters, review), Map how users move from “first touch” to “aha moment”, Identify where users get confused or drop off, Translate raw product capabilities into practical steps
You will: Gather qualitative feedback from users, demos, and support interactions, Identify friction in onboarding and activation, Propose improvements to product, copy, and education, Continuously iterate based on real usage data and feedback
