Responsibilities

Shape commercial strategy and collectively lead on changing the commercial culture within the business
Implement controls to monitor and correct labor splits, Operating Company allocations, and business unit cross-charging
Monitor direct and indirect accounting performance
Develop, coordinate, and lead efforts to educate the business
Develop a deep understanding of our regulatory allowances and obligations, and accounting policies
Identify and drive opportunities for financial improvement to the business and other SMEs
Influence accounting policy, navigate technical accounting, and understand industry best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or relevant experience
5+ years' experience in utility or electric sector, with a focus on financial management or operational performance
