VRC Engineered Solutions is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead core financial planning activities and enhance strategic decision-making. The role involves maintaining sales and P&L forecasts, supporting the annual budgeting process, and delivering ad-hoc reporting across the organization while advising operational teams on cost and margin implications.

Responsibilities

Ad-hoc reporting and analysis for all functions throughout the organization

Utilize Business Intelligence tools to develop reports for analyzing current and past trends of KPIs

Assist in the development of the annual budget, forecasts (Sales; P&L), and financial 3-year strategic plan

Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

Partner with operations to drive margin improvement initiatives

Maintain all financial files. (Monthly internal & external packages, forecast, budget, etc.)

Prepare and distribute monthly internal and external financial reporting packages

Prepare quarterly BOD slides for Finance/Accounting

Prepare rolling 13-week cash forecast

Support during the year-end external audit process
