AgFirst Farm Credit Bank is seeking a Senior Direct Note Pricing Specialist responsible for creating and updating pricing sheets for Direct Note Rates. The role involves processing pricing adjustments and facilitating special pricing requests related to Association loans.

Responsibilities

Produce and publish the Daily Direct Note Rate Sheet and monthly variable rates

Process all Direct Note Rate related requests submitted on SharePoint

Administer the mark-to-market (MTM) prepayment penalties program, including coding loans, reviewing reports, and calculating fees

Manage link loan programs: coding, rate adjustments, monitoring activity, reporting, and processing journal entries

Maintain Tax Authorities and Insurance Companies in the loan systems for escrow processing

Provide backup for daily/monthly loan system production tasks

Deliver operational and technical support to the Customer Support Center and Associations

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related Business field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services or banking operations

Thorough understanding of loan pricing methodologies

Ability to analyze routine problems and recommend solutions

Close attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness
