Demonstrated Software Engineering Development experience

Team lead or formal leadership experience

Proposal and Basis of Estimate (BOE) writing experience

Previous Mentoring/Coaching experience

Previous Team Leadership Experience

Solid understanding of software development best practices: Agile/Scrum, Test‑Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI‑CD), and/or automated testing
