Responsibilities

Improve adoption and retention of Business AI experiences on Facebook Messenger

Understand Meta’s strategic positioning and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and drive value for the 200M businesses that rely on Meta each day

Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps

Drive product development with teams of Industry-leading engineers and designers, while maintaining team health

Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, GTM etc.), and guide the team through key milestones

Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction

Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics

Required

8 + years product management or related industry experience with domain-specific experience leading AI messaging products

Bachelor's degree (or relevant degree equivalent): STEM subject ideal but not essential (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences)

Can navigate ambiguity of 0 to 1 and manage the time-critical demands of a high-priority workstream

Experience using AI to build software products and building AI and agents in production

Customer-centric product and design intuition

Can navigate through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution

Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience
