They are seeking a Billing Assistant who will be responsible for tracking proformas, preparing financial reports, and assisting the Finance department with various tasks.

Responsibilities

Tracking Firm proformas (BSRs) daily and deliver to billing team members

Preparing financial reports

Obtaining costs backup; Generating cost and pre-cost table reports

Working with accounts payable to resolve cost image/download issues

Working with management to improve expense back-up process

Assisting in the edit process of proformas

Assisting with minor invoice revisions

Assisting Finance department in downloading of outstanding bills and researching related questions

Generating Info-Only proformas for processed invoices

Handling ad-hoc requests as needed; and

Handling additional related projects as assigned

Qualification

Billing experienceMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft WordOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsTeam playerAdaptability

Required

Great organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Word, and intermediate level in Excel

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and writing skills

Team player and eager to learn

Resourcefulness and great administrative skills

Flexible and adaptive to new environment, methods, and systems

At least 1 year of billing experience

Associates Degree
