The State of Florida is seeking an Attorney Supervisor for the Children's Legal Services. This role involves advocating for the safety and well-being of abused and neglected children, managing multiple cases, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Government Administration

Responsibilities

Advocate for the safety, well-being, and permanency of Florida’s abused, abandoned, and neglected children
Ensure Florida and federal legal requirements are met to secure permanent and safe homes for dependent children
Collaborate with investigators and case managers to gather evidence necessary to support legal action appropriate for each child
Prepare partners to serve as witnesses at trial
Employ best practice litigation techniques to lead pleadings and trial presentations in dependency advocacy

Member of the Florida Bar

Strong communication and writing skills
