Responsibilities

Align with customer partners to provide protein goods to customers in the Texas market, including neighboring states, while keeping face-to-face interaction with current customers and prospects
Process customer orders, manage overall order fill rate, and delivery service
Gather and communicate changes in the marketplace, changes in customer behavior, and competitive intel
Nurture customer relationships while utilizing the Cargill Sales Framework, and other business systems, including logging customer interactions and activities on Salesforce
Learn the protein markets/trends by applying that information to consult our portfolio of customer that trade in the retail space/food service/manufacturing
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
Other duties as assigned

Required

Valid driver's license in good standing
Proven negotiation and selling skills and experience
Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience
Bilingual in English & Spanish

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a related field
SAP experience
Protein trading experience
Data analytics experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Salesforce experience
