Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations (including Core Connectors, EIBs, Studio, and Cloud Connect)
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements for integration needs
Maintain and troubleshoot existing integrations to ensure seamless data flow
Develop integration documentation, including technical specs, process flows, and troubleshooting guides
Implement Workday security and compliance protocols for integrations
Monitor and resolve integration issues promptly, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing associated with integrations
Stay updated on Workday integration best practices and incorporate them into solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience developing integrations in Workday HCM
Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect
Proficiency in XML, XSLT, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and other relevant technologies
Experience with Workday security and access controls
Familiarity with HR processes, payroll, and benefits administration
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Workday Integration Certification (e.g., Workday HCM Integrations)
