This role involves managing office operations, supporting workplace culture, ensuring health and safety compliance, and coordinating IT and facilities. Responsibilities
Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities, deliveries, liaising with vendors and service providers
Ensure the office environment is maintained to a high standard, addressing any maintenance issues promptly
Act as the first point of contact for office-related queries and support a positive workplace culture
Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring they have everything they need for a smooth start
Support office events, celebrations, and team-building activities
Ensure the office adheres to health and safety regulations, conducting regular checks and risk assessments
Act as the designated contact for fire safety and first aid procedures
Work closely with IT and external providers to ensure smooth tech operations in the office
Manage access control, security passes, and office space planning
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar role within a fast-paced environment
A proactive, hands-on approach, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail
A confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office management tools
