Oversees the full leasing lifecycle and property strategy for a portfolio of Class A/B office, light industrial, and other commercial assets owned and self-managed by the company (Landlord)
Sourcing tenants

Coordinating with property management and engineering teams
Supporting financial and operational handoffs
Serves as the landlords primary leasing representative and strategic advisor

Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or JD preferred
National certification (BOMA, IFMA, SIOR)
10 years of commercial leasing experience (office and commercial) with landlord-side representation
Deep understanding of commercial lease structures, lease financials, and risk management
Experience coordinating leasing, design/construction, and property management functions
