Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Middle Office, Finance, Technology, and Senior Management to develop comprehensive business requirements, procedures, and processes. This includes leading project plan development, resource allocation, requirements management (elicitation, documentation, prioritization), process mapping, process design, procedure authoring, organizational design, and capacity planning
Employ a variety of techniques—such as interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis—to elicit and define project or initiative requirements. Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicting data, and distill high-level concepts into actionable details
Conduct thorough data collection, analysis, and synthesis to generate empirical insights that inform project decisions and optimize reporting. Translate complex data sets into clear, evidence-based recommendations for project improvement
Collaborate with business partners to design, implement, or re-engineer business processes and applications. Drive process improvements and system modifications that enhance operational efficiency and support business transformation
Lead project planning and analysis activities, including the creation of detailed project plans, documentation of business requirements, identification and resolution of issues, and development of business and technical workflows. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives
Support the overall coordination and management of programs, including tracking status, maintaining scorecards, and executing key project management functions. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and metrics to communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team

Required

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end project management, including scoping, business case development, implementation, and change management
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to understand and dissect complex business processes
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues, ensuring objectives are met and deliverables are achieved
Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements and drive consensus
Flexible and adaptable, with a demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and adjust to changing priorities
Progressive experience in project management and business analysis, ideally within a technology or financial services environment
