Monitor production flow, operator movement, and equipment layout
Drive Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Lead and participate in Kaizen events
Develop and maintain Work Instructions and Standard Work
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges
Execute CAPEX and cost-reduction projects
Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards
Use engineering software to analyze data and prepare reports

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
