Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data-related challenges, designing solutions that improve reporting, analysis, and processes
Own and manage consolidated and sanctioned data assets (e.g., site list) used by cross-functional teams
Design and implement automation and integrations across GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake, Census, Hex)
Support and manage key vendor data platforms (e.g., Placer.io, Brizo)
Oversee and improve data quality processes
Ensure compliance with data governance standards and contribute to regulatory readiness
Qualification
Required
3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related operational role
Demonstrated expertise with data automation and governance platforms (e.g., Hex, Census), including familiarity with applying AI tools, agents, or intelligent automation to operational workflows—or a strong aptitude and willingness to learn
Working proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
Experience integrating data across multiple systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Background in process improvement or project management methodologies
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and cross-functional demands
