Help leaders and employees strengthen their skills through coaching and guidance

Build and deliver training sessions that genuinely move the needle

Support ongoing coaching and mentoring for managers and employees across the team

Identify growth gaps and recommend the right learning opportunities so employees can step into their next chapter

Keep a close read on morale, team dynamics, and how leaders are showing up, stepping in early when something needs attention

Roll out people programs that reinforce culture and help teams perform at their best

Support with the resolution of nuanced employee relations matters and workplace conflicts

Required

Must have five or more years of HR or People and Culture experience with a strong focus on employee development and some experience with employee relations
