Design and document technical architecture for Dynamics 365 solutions
Lead integration strategies with external systems using APIs, Fabric, and Azure services
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical and functional requirements
Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies
Maintain architecture diagrams and governance frameworks
Act as a technical authority and trusted advisor for Dynamics 365 projects
Mentor and guide junior developers and consultants
Influence strategic technology decisions and solution roadmaps
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE and/or F&O) architecture and customization
Expertise in Power Platform, Microsoft Dataverse, and Azure services
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 SDK
Knowledge of integration patterns, data migration strategies, and security models
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Design and document technical architecture for Dynamics 365 solutions

Exposure to AS 400 programs and technologies
7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 architecture and development
Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
