Responsibilities

Support the design and delivery of the Designing Futures Program, contributing to day-to-day execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of the program experience
Partner with internal stakeholders to help develop and launch Pilot 02 and Cohort 01, including planning activities, timelines, and participant touchpoints
Assist in program experience design, helping shape agendas, materials, and interactions that create a cohesive and engaging participant journey
Contribute to cohort and alumni experience design, supporting ongoing engagement, community-building efforts, and feedback loops to improve future program iterations
