Responsibilities

Evaluate, plan, design, and configure software application systems
Analyze, test, troubleshoot and maintain installed systems and support users
Create documentation to support system design, testing and training
Manage customer expectations and customer interactions
Participate in improvement of service quality for the team

Qualification

Required

Associate's Degree with 1 year experience in information technology or healthcare OR 3 years' experience in information technology or healthcare
Other Licenses/Certifications: required certifications for role will be obtained within a 6 month timeframe from date of hire and limited to 3 test attempts per certification
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree with concentration in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare or other closely related field
Previous work related experience in healthcare industry
Experience with key OSF applications
