Take 5 orders a month — or take more. You decide
Complete residential appraisal assignments independently and professionally
Maintain reliable communication and responsiveness throughout the appraisal process
Qualification
Required
Active Residential Appraiser license in good standing (state-licensed)
Current E&O insurance meeting lender requirements
USPAP-compliant appraisal practice with strong attention to quality and detail
Ability to complete residential appraisal assignments independently and professionally
Reliable communication and responsiveness throughout the appraisal process
Familiarity with common appraisal software and forms (e.g., UAD-compliant reports)
Ability to meet reasonable turn times while maintaining quality standards
Professional demeanor when interacting with homeowners, agents, and lender partners
Access to reliable transportation and tools required to complete field inspections
Willingness to complete IVG onboarding and panel setup requirements
