Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction activities related to pipe installation, ensuring alignment with project plans and specifications
Coordinate with design engineers, contractors, and QC teams to resolve technical issues
Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for constructability and compliance
Monitor progress, prepare reports, and support scheduling and budgeting efforts
Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations
Assist in procurement and material tracking for piping systems
Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (is a plus)
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction engineering, preferably in water/wastewater infrastructure
Strong understanding of pipe installation methods, materials (HDPE, DIP, PVC, etc.), and hydraulic systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Proficiency in Bluebeam (is a plus)
