Responsibilities

Leverage existing industrial relationships and build strong broker, owner, and off-market network in DFW
Foster deep knowledge of the DFW industrial market - immerse yourself in the market—and stay ahead of it
Source industrial real estate acquisition opportunities independently
Underwrite cash flow models of potential acquisition opportunities confidently
Know how to evaluate underwriting levers, structures, risks, and returns
Communicate clearly and acquisitions through the pipeline with urgency
Consistent sourcing of qualified industrial acquisition opportunities
Strong, growing network of broker, owner, and market relationships
High conversion rate from sourcing to executed LOIs
Timely and accurate underwriting analysis
Active and organized pipeline reporting to the Executive Director of Acquisitions and Investment Committee

Required

Proven track record of independently driving new acquisitions from sourcing through Closing
Relationships in the DFW market
Experience managing a pipeline of active acquisitions and presenting opportunities clearly
