Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Account Representatives, including but not limited to scanning, reconciling reports, and updating files
Process applications from Benefit Counselors
Reconcile reports received from insurance carriers
Assist clients with billing inquiries
Any other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma and 2 years related experience required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office

Preferred

Experience in the employee benefits or insurance industry is preferred
Must have good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to prioritize projects and stay organized
