Schneider is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Orla to lead a warehouse or terminal. The Warehouse Operations Manager will coach warehouse associates while overseeing warehouse metrics related to safety, quality, productivity, cost control and customer service.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse associates and leaders
Adhere to budgets and review financial results
Develop strategies around staffing and schedules to align with volume and demand
Hold associates and leaders accountable for achieving business metrics and goals
Provide guidance on the warehouse's daily activities, including loading/unloading freight, doing maintenance, checking inventory, etc
Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve issues and implement improvement opportunities
Organize regular staff meetings to ensure proper communication

Qualification

Warehouse management systemsLogistics experienceSupply chain experienceMicrosoft OfficeBachelor's degreeLeadership skillsCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or a related field
4-6 years of previous logistics, supply chain or warehouse experience
Knowledge of warehouse and yard management systems
Experience using Microsoft Office applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent leadership skills
Valid driver's license and able to pass an MVR check
