Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between Copart, clients, and vendors to ensure the fastest possible release of vehicles
Communicate with impound lots, storage facilities, and other release locations to coordinate vehicle retrieval
Apply a thorough understanding of BluCar processes and best practices to problem-solve and facilitate smooth vehicle releases
Track progress and maintain accurate documentation throughout the release cycle
Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient workflows and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to navigate time-sensitive situations while staying detail-oriented
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and external partners
Prior experience with impound coordination, logistics, automotive operations, or vendor relations is a plus
Previous experience in RDN, MBSi, and other repossession inventory platforms
Preferred
Notary experience preferred
