Assist with the month-end close process
Perform complex account reconciliations and analysis
Assist with financial statement preparation
Prepare and support monthly reporting
Handle inventory accounting activities
Support internal and external audit requests
Participate in ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
3+ years of accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Preferred
Inventory or manufacturing experience preferred, but open to other industries
