Responsibilities

Assign tours to sales representatives for morning and afternoon waves

Award gifts, premiums, and checks to guests after sales presentations

Activate and monitor gift cards and reconcile daily inventory

Track, enter, and verify tour data for accurate reporting to corporate

Assist guests with questions regarding tours, gifts, or marketing

Maintain professional interactions while handling customer grievances

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service experience preferred

Positive attitude and professional appearance

Strong communication, organization, and data entry skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and company software

Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
