Payroll Specialist
Lever1 is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage and distribute client payroll while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction. The role involves resolving payroll issues, processing payroll for clients, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
Responsible for reconciling and resolving payroll issues internally and externally as identified
Function as a point of contact for assigned clients
Respond to client and employee inquiries promptly and professionally
Process payroll for assigned clients
Take a proactive approach to foreseeing issues for clients and providing suggestions
Perform work free from error and within timeline
Additional relevant duties as assigned
Responsible for complying with all payroll adjustment forms, keeping records compliant and documented in both the payroll file and employee file in addition to adhering to each company’s special payroll needs with every payroll that is processed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
2-3 years' work experience in payroll
Experience with HRIS software
Preferred
Certified Payroll Processor (CPP)
