They are seeking a licensed Project Architect or Architectural Designer with 3-5 years of experience to develop innovative solutions for a diverse range of clients and project types, emphasizing collaboration and design excellence.

Develop innovative, thoughtful, and technical solutions for a wide range of clients and project types
Organize design and construction documentation
Lead internal project workflow, planning, and budgeting
Interface with clients, networking, and relationship building
Qualification
Required
Licensed Project Architect or Architectural Designer on the path to licensure
Three to five years of experience
Passion for design excellence
Strong design, technical and visualization skills
Ability to work closely and collaboratively on a project team
Strong experience in organizing design and construction documentation
Highly organized, with an eye for detail and problem solving
Excellent and respectful verbal and written skills; within the office and with consultants, contractors and clients
Commitment to responsibility, integrity, and accuracy
Experience with client interface, networking and relationship building
High proficiency level with REVIT, Bluebeam Revu and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Registered Architect or close to licensure
Legal working status in the United States
Preferred
Some experience with leading internal project workflow, planning, and budgeting preferred
LEED accreditation or other sustainability accreditation is desired
Experience with Sefaira and other energy and carbon modeling is a plus
